January 14 - News Update
As we begin our second week of school after the school break, the students are settling back into the routine of things again and we are excited to making this last half of the school year a productive time of learning for all of our students. As always, we want to continue to work with our families to ensure a successful last half of the school year so if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to work with your children’s teachers. Effective communication and collaboration between home and school is essential to seeing all of our students grow and succeed!

We wanted to remind everybody that starting January 21st the attendance calls will be coming home via School Messenger. This is an automated call out system that is being used by schools in Parkland School Division. Utilizing this system will allow attendance calls to be received in a more timely fashion and will help to increase safety and efficient communication with parents. As always, it is very helpful if you child is going to be away to notify the school by phoning or emailing email@example.com as soon as you are sure of the absence. This will help to reduce the number of calls you may receive as well as preventing non-primary numbers from being contacted if the primary number is not answered.
