Billey Family Fundraiser
The Billey Family is in the fight of their lives against Late Stage Neurological Lyme Disease. This horrible disease has made both mom Rebecca and 8-year-old Paighten incredibly sick. Lyme is a horrible disease. Paighten is currently battling different parasites attacking her red blood cells and bone marrow, has spinal fluid pooling in her brain, and related Palsy causing facial and limb paralysis. These symptoms have obviously made Paighten very sick and the family has been forced to make drastic changes to their home, jobs and livelihood in order to support her care.

Unfortunately, Lyme Disease is not recognized in Canada so diagnosis and treatment is extremely difficult. The Billey family is looking to treatment options abroad which are not covered, so these expenses can add up quickly for families desperate to save their loved ones.

The Billey Family has been part of the Forest Green Community for many years, so we want to help! Forest Green School is hosting 2 events to help raise funds for this deserving family.
